Founded in 1923, Mott Community College is committed to serving the educational and economic needs of the community. In 1923, the Flint Board of Education established Flint Junior College to make a college education available to Genesee County students at a minimal cost without forcing them to leave home. Since that time, Mott has enjoyed 100 years of success and service to the Flint community and surrounding region.
